DAVA Member RSVP
If you are a current DAVA member in good standing, there is no charge to attend monthly meetings. Each guest you choose to bring will be charged $5.
Non-Member RSVP – $5.00
If you are not currently a member of DAVA but would like to attend one of our monthly sessions, please register. All guests are charged a $5 fee. However, if you choose to join DAVA within two months of attending, that fee will be applied toward your membership costs.

Stress Management Techniques (90 minutes)

Many people feel the impact of stress on their lives but have a very limited set of techniques to bring their stress levels down. This workshop teaches breathing exercises, guided imagery tools, the basics of insight meditation, and some other cognitive behavioral tools to help manage stress in more effective ways. These additional tools and techniques give people more options as they find better ways to relax more and stress less.
