“What About Motivation? How It Relates to Recruitment, Recognition and Retention”, presented by Deanna Robey, Extension Educator, University of Illinois Extension. Deanna received a M.Ed. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Her studies there focused on human resource development. She’s been with the U of I Extension since 1993. Her work is primarily with youth development in Kane County, but she is also very active on the regional and state levels for Extension in such areas as: after-school groups, volunteer recruitment, training, support and recognition. She presented at last summer’s ICOVA conference in Chicago.
The meeting will be held at the Girl Scouts’ Camp Greene Wood Program Center. Camp Greene Wood’s address is 22W441 71st St., Woodridge, IL 60517. The Program Center is the first driveway east of Route 53 on the south side of 71st St. Meeting will be held on the first floor of the Program Center in the Board Room.
